The name OMANA is inspired by the Swahili word Amanah, meaning legacy, trust, and responsibility—because true impact isn’t just about what we do today, but what we leave behind for generations to come.
For years, I’ve worked alongside leaders leaders, and I’ve seen the same challenges arise again and again.
